You will receive a confirmationmail after you placed an order that your order is succesfully paid.
Free shipping = standard for The Netherlands
The shipping costs for The Netherlands are €6,25 incl. Track & Trace
The shipping costs for countries in Europe are €4,50
Do you live outside the EU, but you would like to order? Send us a mail, we will respond as soon as possible.
Has an order not been received after 14 working days? Send an email to email@example.com and we will look for a solution.
You can only return products if:
- it's damaged / broken on delivery
- the size is incorrect for you (only applies to the rings)
- you received the worng products
Because of the hygiene we can not accept all returns, keep that in mind.
You will always have to e-mail us in 14 days after you received your purchase to ask for a return or refund
Make sure the items are unused and in good condition
Use the original package if it's re-useable enough
We will do a refund as soon as we received your return in good condition. This takes up to 7 days.
